Everyone has the ability to athletic. The body is designed to be strong, move in a variety of ways, and for long periods of time. Before strength comes weakness and the more you train, you body can adapt. Additionally, body can the and will be safely trained for the sport of life, utilizing appropriate exercises and intensities to match current fitness levels and other health factors.
What does your diet consist of? It consists of what you watch, who and what you listen to, read, and eat! If weight loss is a goal, 80% or more of your results will be from reducing all of these factors to be discipline in life. Fact: successful clients
Coach Peters' career starting by a series of accidents and one huge blessing! Her sister's coach didn't show up for a game. Suffering a stroke after her playing career was over taught her to vulnerable and how to persevere. Years later, while escorting her mother to her Zumba class after surgery, the Zumba instructor was a no-show. She had a CD in the car and offered her time and dance skills!
After expanding her skills within different organizations and programs, Marathon Fitness went from a mobile training business to a full training facility (MFTC) for youth and adults. But why be average when you are meant to stand out? Some many individuals (including youth) struggle with the basics. MFTC specializes in meeting client where they are - not pushing a cookie-cutter plan or unrealistic expectations to an extra dollar.
Very few institutions are actually free. At some point you will pay. Why not meet with a professional for $20 of less to get proper feedback, direction, and honesty, whether your train at MFTC or not! When it comes to health and fitness, Coach Peters believes in sustainability and discipline over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? Instead of handing you a plan and telling you to "do it", we teach and show you how function from a place of safety, a little out of your comfort zone, and with confidence!
